Good morning all, it's sunny and very breezy here.

I walked Billy first thing and we were treated to a beautiful sunrise again. I wish I'd remembered to find some gloves though, it was very chilly and I couldn't even warm my hands in my pockets as I needed to hold my torch when we first went out.

Mother in law is now on her way to Norwich. Joe's off to college shortly and he's spent the morning laughing at old episodes of Modern Family. He's just made us both a lovely cup of Costa coffee in the Tassimo. Food shopping tonight via Pets At Home for Bill's food.

Safe travels Osc and Kaz! Can't believe how quickly your week has gone, Kaz!

Have a good day all!

That's why we will only fly from Bournemouth or Southampton Jo, even though there's less choice of destinations.
We're nowhere near any other airport, so going is bad enough, but neither of us can face the trip home.

So much easier when I lived in Farnham or Fleet, Heathrow straight up the motorway, or a train to Gatwick.

We used to find Manchester Airport was quicker to get to than Birmingham before the M6 Toll was built, now we find that Heathrow is quicker to get to than Manchester!
Virgin don't fly from Birmingham so that limits us :(

No option with the deal we booked, it was Gatwick, but we've agreed no more late flights! We were fine this morning but fit to drop now!

Birmingham would always be my first choice, only an hour away and great motorway access! Bristol is comparable in mileage, but you have to negotiate your way through Bristol, and it can be a nightmare
