It's not supposed to be too bad according to the forecasts at the moments, pretty mild with showers.

That doesn't sound too bad...our friend is flying in from San Francisco round about now.

Wonder if he'll feel cold.

We have snow! Grrrr!!!!! I am grumpy as it has caused me to miss my weekly Aquafit class which I love - I did drive over there (was told the roads were ok but of course the ones to the leisure centre were not cleared and it looked dreadful, bad enough getting out of our estate) so I just came straight back :( I should be sat chatting with the girls right now *sigh* Hopefully it will melt and go away very soon...no wind though.

Happy news re Poll - so glad you had a better birth this time! Enjoy that little bundle - and rest up xx

Greetings all

What a morning... started by waking up around 3.30 because of the wind and couldn't get back to sleep; it was so darn loud. Then trying to get to work and two trains were cancelled so you had 3 loads of rush hour commute passengers all crammed into 1 train that was late as well; utter mayhem. Then to work and straight in to deal with two other issues - finally caught my breath at 11am!

Jen, same here with the bins - collection day today and I think there's more recycling on the roads than in the bins; most of them had all toppled over during the night. Just do hope the council sends out sweepers to clear up because it's an almighty mess out there :(

the usual / usual didn't happen yesterday; my colleague and I ended up going out for a drink after having such a bad afternoon because two of the managers here were at loggerheads with each other and we we caught in the middle; bunch of children at times I tell you!

But today WILL be a usual / usual - yay!

Thoughts and vibes to PP

Have a lovely day all x
