The excitement is mounting as we are going to meet
Cici (Gt. Grand daughter) in about an hour`s time.
They have messaged that they are on their way.
Can`t wait.
Don has got camera ready and i have made a little buffet
for them.
Have a good day.
The only thing spoiling it is that i have a bad bout of IBS.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Enjoy your shopping trip Ria, haven't been to the Oracle in Reading for years.

Have a lovely time meeting Cici Lissie.

What cooker did you decide on Di?

No plans for us today, cooking roast chicken for dinner and our usual Sunday pud.

Have a good day :D

Good afternoon all!

It's cloudy, windy and mild here today. Billy's had his walk, I've done housework and now I'm just waiting for the vegetables to steam before serving dinner, we're having a gammon joint with veg and parsley sauce. Going out somewhere this afternoon, not sure where yet though. Possibly Walsall as I only said the other day that I haven't been in the town centre there for years.

Have a good day all!

It's a Hotpoint Jen, the only one that ticked all the boxes and we liked the look of.
Others did but a couple of hundred more pounds.
Same as old one (Cannon) it has a ceramic hob, one burner split large and small, double oven.
And a timer - can you believe some people make cookers without timers?!

It's coming Wednesday morning :)
