Afternoon
Dull all day, rain on and off (mostly on).

Well, this morning's plan changed as it went along.
Yoga wasn't on, so some of us had said we would go anyway about ten have a coffee and a nose at what the art session was doing.
Art is on Mondays till Sept/Oct, with a variety of tutors from the local Palette club, we had been disappointed it now clashes with yoga.

Anyway, there were enough spaces for the three of us to join in, so we stayed
I haven't been up to doing yoga with my change of treatment, so have booked art for the next few Mondays

Then to the hospital for blood test, 1 1/2 hours wait today...
Now about to zonk

Evening all, been busy today and also very tired after the weekend and staying up late to see the golf last night. I was at the gym this morning and a cuppa afterwards with the ladies. Then home for lunch and the supermarket shopping. I zonked out in my chair for a while after dinner, and now we are catching up on recorded stuff. It'll be early to bed tonight, I think.
