I hope your arthritis eases up.Aggers. Is it a cortisone injection that you will be having?

Good afternoon everybody.
Have been to Sainsbury's to get some wine. They have a specail offer on. 25% off if you buy six bottles. We got twelve!!
Got some other food. When we got to the check out, we got a voucher for a lot of points for our nectar card. Have to go again but it will pay for a lot of the wine.
There was frost on the car this morning. But the sun is out even though it is cold.
Now just pottering.

Evening all!

Today's struggle is to keep warm - I've just had a hot bath to relax and warm up a little!!

But it WAS a gorgeous sunny day. We had a lazy start, then went to Durham and walked our usual walk round the riverbanks, stopped off in the cathedral for our coffee and scone. It was lush!! My Pacer app says I have done 14K steps or 7 miles but it isn't that far, I'm sure!

Not much going on this aft, I sat in the conservatory and tried to do the Northern Echo cryptic crossword from one day last week. Didn't complete it. We had the kids yesterday which was lovely, if expensive and tiring!! Note to self, avoid cinemas when there are two littlies wanting sweets and pop!!

Have a good evening x

Yes, Cromwell, that's right.
I had one in my right wrist last week, and it has certainly caused a big improvement.
but I don't know how long that will last though.
