Take it steady Jo, that does sound painful.Christine is off looking after her dad. Earlier I took our neighbour Sergio down to Aldi. He's had a bad chest infection and is still not properly right yet. He hasn't been able to get out so he was short of lots of stuff.
It's chucking it down here, it's been grey and murky all day and the sky is a very funny colour.
