Morning all. We've got your weather Saundra - very dark, damp, misty and drizzly. A totally bleugh day.

Hope your mum's OK Jo and that the op went ok for Loz's D.

Blimey Ria, that must have been an up and down day!

Christine has taken her dad to his rellies, I'm not sure what follows that.

I could do with getting out but this weather does limit you. It's damp underfoot, drizzly and cold. Not a day for the garden. I'll think of something though. :D

Have a good day all.

Grey and damp now, the sun has gone on holiday

Crommers and Jan, it's gone very grey and misty here now. I've got to walk Bill again shortly too, seeing as we need to go food shopping tonight meaning that he won't get his evening walk.

Jan, call it a wild flower meadow and be done with ;)

It will be in the spring Jo, it looks gorgeous, so many different wild flowers. The Alentejo is famous for the wild flowers.

Aggers, I forgot to say, hope you can hobble around carefully and the doc can help.

It's going to take another couple of months, with the dentist

He's screwed a pin into one tooth, the other needs to be done next week. He wanted a couple of weeks, between them, but I explained that we'd be without a car for a week or so. So he's doing the next one next week, then will be taking an impression, and do a temporary repair, then it's the full monty.

More money for him, but at least the teeth will then last me a my life time - I hope

Evening all, today is hopefully the last day of what has been a pretty hectic week involving hospital appointments and childminding. Another visit to the hand therapy nurse this morning, who is very pleased with the progress of the hand. Mr Osc was shown a couple more hand exercises to add to those he is doing already. Miss Osc collected Kellie from playschool and dropped her down to us when we got back. Michael finished school 15 minutes earlier than usual today so he was delighted to get back here, finish his homework and play on his table tennis table birthday present. He just emailed Grandad to say thank you for the present and saying he adores it  Miss Osc usually collects the children but SIL arrived today - not sure how much that was connected to the table tennis table ;)

Sorry to hear about Aggers and Nadine, I hope all goes well. Thinking of Loz and Mr Loz, and wishing Jen and E a wonderful and well deserved holiday.
