Yesterday it was blowing a gale, today it ever so still, not even a light breeze and with thick fog. Leeds Bradford Airport is very quiet.

Ah well, good morning all, have a peaceful day.

Aggers, go careful on that foot.

Just chucked all the olives away   They were riddled with worms :(

And now the car won't start     Just rung the mechanic to tell him. He might to bring something to take it away on, but he assured me he'll make it start :D Not the battery, so not sure what it is. These new engines are beyond us both.

Oh Jan, what a shame! :( xx

SW was good news after all, B lost 6.5lbs in the two weeks since she last went, and I lost 1.5 this week, despite two nights out! :D B has now lost just over a stone, and I've lost 6lbs, in the month since we started :)

Afternoon, or evening, all!

You know, this afternoon I've sat down and fallen asleep in the sofa! It's been a busy few days. I don't feel quite so guilty though as John was asleep at the other end of the sofa and Joe was snoozing in the chair

Tonight I'll do the trees; one in the downstairs living room and one in this room. Might dig out a small one for in the kitchen too. I put the tree by the front door yesterday and sorted out the lights for that so it was twinkling nicely away.

Joe's off out for a Christmas meal at a pub with his work people tonight, there's also a free Christmas meal at work later in the week and a Christmas party at the football ground in a fortnight.

Kaz, I bet B is feeling really good about that! She's done well!

Enjoy your evenings :D

Evening all, we were out shopping today, got Kellie's Christmas present (a scooter, her other one is at the end of its life ;) ) We had other stuff to get too, and also had a mooch around TK Maxx. When we got home, I fell asleep in my chair before dinner. We've eaten now and Mr Osc is giving out to United as they play Southampton - I am not sure why he thinks they can hear him

We're not watching Osc, it's only on BT here and we don't subscribe to that. I swore a bit when I saw the team sheet though.
