Ria, it's just going to get a coat of paint on the walls for now I'm afraid. I'd love a new one too, it's a large room but the kitchen itself takes up just half of it and it's divided by a breakfast bar with cupboards underneath. I'd love to get rid of that and have a run of units along the longest wall. I'd like a floor to ceiling larder cupboard too but there's no way of doing that with the layout at the moment, and I'd also like room for an American style fridge freezer.

Good, my colleague (and friend) Lisa wasn't aware there were two separate ones and it caused all sorts of issues and heart ache when they really needed things to go smoothly.

Over here, the one POA covers it all, which makes life easier. In the UK it seems to be an easier process, it took us a while to do ours, requiring doc visits for us both, and nominating people to be notified if it is going to be enforced.
