Saundra

We had to wait an hour to see the lung doctor - her daughter has a vomiting bug and she rushed home to clear up the mess  and then got stopped by a very nice policeman, and fined, for speeding. Her words 8-) 8-) She's such a lovely lady :Hi: He can carry on as normal, but needs to walk more ( he would disagree, but she listened to me, not him  ) So I'm on the look out for a walking thingy. We have a cross trainer, but she thinks that might be okay short term. Otherwise, I drive him to Ourique every day and make him walk up and down some of the hills, so we're buying a walking thing

Had our flu jabs, then stopped in the bar. Two GNR in there and they were partaking of the local brew  Several of them

Absolutely chucked it down, so we all stayed there longer than we were going to ;)

Fire lit, taters roasting in the oven, the veg is just about to put in the steamer.

Tomorrow should be dry, as we (make that I) have a few things to do in Ourique.

He is Saundra, but she wants him to relax and walk. I was going to make him walk up and down the drive, as it's quite steep. Would be cheaper than a treadmill
