Actually Jan, what would he do if you did wave to him, ie being clear that you know he's watching you.

Going down the drive, opposite Judy and Carlos's house there is a patch of ground, just before the fencing. We've already put a couple of plants down there and want to add a couple more, when it warms up.

They (Judy and Carlos) have also put some plants in, but near their house.

It's just to make the drive up to look better for us, rather than an overgrown mess.

Next time, I'll wave and see what he does ;) :lol: :lol:

If I were you, I would ask him to kindly return them, and that I have been advised to report the matter to the Police if he doesn't.
