There was a teeny bit of confusion at first as he'd been told conflicting information so he rang the Irish Embassy and was assured as he had Irish parents Don was an Irish citizen.

As he's got all his family's documents tucked away safely it was easy for him to look out his parents birth and wedding certificates.

It's all been sent off now. Good job as his UK passport runs out March 24. :o

I've just renewed mine (got it back yesterday) but I have no Irish blood, despite having the maiden name I had, so a UK one it is!

Gorgeous bright if chilly day. Work done now till Monday so that suits me!

Saundra I hope you feel better soon, long term after effects can be a nightmare xx

Ally my hair is long but my HD is a whiz and it's washed, cut and blow dried within about 45 minutes tops - shame she's off on maternity again, so it'll just have to be long-er for a bit.
