Ally how can you get a haircut - are your lockdown rules completely relaxed now? What about the social distancing? I did manage a very teeny fringe trim, and yesterday I used a hair dye but it's a very dark shade.....it will fade.

I've been mostly in the garden today - tidying a little this morning and then reading under a parasol this afternoon - gorgeous! It does make it easier to 'stay in the house' when it's good weather I think.

Tom went to work and was back at 9.30! Hardly worth getting up for! He has done VERY little. I have at least changed the bed and laundered the bedding.

I have slept much better this last few nights. I haven't had any alcohol or chocolate and have shoved a cloth with lavender drops under my pillow - no idea if this has helped but at least I'm not lying awake in the dark for hours.
