Same here with haircolour, and because I have a lot of grey the finished colour looks highlighted 8-)

Gal, I can sympathise. I’ve done some damage to my knees by overdoing my nightly runs around the village and it’s been agony at times. Thankfully it’s starting to ease now but it’s horrible isn’t it when it’s stops you getting out for a walk. Really hope you’re soon feeling less pain x

It is Jo - I'm sorry you have had similar problems :(

I took a couple of ibuprofen today, I shouldn't, given my high BP, but it worked for a few hours. I'm not up to a long walk but I managed round a couple of shops x
