Afternoon everyone

I'm up at D's, as usual on a Tuesday. It's baking hot here, far too hot for Zumba this morning, so I gave it a miss. I've done a lot of walking though, up to the PO on the road to Sainsbury's, then back the other way, past where we live, and up to D's. Walking home in a minute, and will be trying to keep in the shade :roll:

Afternoon all, it’s dull and misty here, cool too. Edward went to play golf, not all the course was foggy so they managed to play a few holes. I went to collect him and his clubs as we are going to Wicklow on Thursday and he will be playing golf with SIL and Michael. I have some sewing to do, and my sister will be popping in this afternoon.

Thank you all - all fine :Hi:

I have just one more to do on Thursday and will see her with those and also Grumpy's last heart monitor ( 3 years ago) as she wants to double check something. He has a little bit of an irregular heartbeat and the last doctor ignored it :shock:

She prescribed some herbal tablets for the arthur, the tumeric helps a little, so will see what these do.

Amazing how cool it is now, and a little chilly in the wind, so we'll eat in the back terrace. Bife a casa, one of our favourites 8-)
