Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Ouch Debih, you deserve an easy day xx
Hope you get the car back Jan.
Good luck with the MOT Kaz.

Elijah is 13 today, can't believe he's a teenager. We've missed so much time with the boys this last year, Z says he's shot up in height and is almost as tall as her :o

Wash day so enough to keep me busy, no other plans.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Afternoon all, I had a bit of a nightmare start to the day too. Edward was to be at the hospital at 10.15 for his Covid test followed by bloods and ECG. Last night I moved the car, and the flipping tyre pressure warning light went on  So I was awake half the night worrying about it, and headed out early to a fairly nearby tyre centre. I put on my little old lady act ;) and asked them to pump up the tyres for me, saying that I needed to bring my husband to the hospital. The guy was so nice and kind because I was a bit stressed. He pumped them up and assured me that there was no puncture. So then I relaxed, came back for breakfast and then off to the hospital. In a few minutes we are going to see Miss Osc’s new house, we’ll call to them first so they can fill our car with some of their stuff. It’s a beautiful sunny day although very cold.

Hi all - waves! Lots of posts, already, I'm just going to wish everyone a good rest of Friday and extra squashy hugs to debih, hope you're not in too much pain xx

Gorgeous sunny bright day, cold of course (well it IS January I guess!) Went for a walk but we had to turn back as parts of the way were under water from the heavy rains earlier this week :( Called for a takeaway latte and a slice of pecan pie, very lush! :D

Quite impressed with TalkTalk speed of delivery. I had to join a 'community' yesterday as the online chat facility has stopped for some reason, but my query was answered within the hour and I was told they'd send out a new box, which arrived about an hour ago! I have come away for a breather as having to sign in to all my apps is proving a PITA, I can't remember half the passwords and have to request them on my phone and transfer....oddly enough, Netflix (which is Kyle's account) was the easiest!!

Got some sad news last night....a lady I used to work with years ago is in a coma (Covid) and has lost her husband to it recently. She fell apart years ago when her parents passed within a few months of each other and she had to leave work as a result, so if she comes round from the coma, I can't imagine she'd cope with losing her husband as well :(

Stay safe everyone xxx
