Make an oil or butter / flour roux. (paste). Slowly add the gravy to the roux, keep going till you have a sauce (thick gravy). Job done.

Packet gravy, southern something or other. Simmer and stir for 2 minutes. Lush 8-)

I have been shown by I can't remember how many people, friends, family grandmother, aunts. I cannot make gravy without lumps.

Jan, you could do it, but you don't want to. You have a lumpy gravy reputation to uphold. :D :D :D

What on earth would the locals think if you produced a lump free gravy? They'd think you were French! :o :lol: :lol:

The Portuguese don't do gravy, they do oil or sauce. Lumpy :lol: :lol:
