Weka, we have a couple of households on our close who run businesses from home so they have to pay to have their business waste collected by private companies. One uses a company which always seems to come early afternoon on a Thursday but the company which the people opposite to us use come at all different times, it’s been as early as 5am and as late as 9.30pm.
