Kaz, Dobby is perhaps the happiest dog in the country. He's also probably the daftest!
Daughter has been in touch. She said that Manchester airport was just as bad as it has been portrayed. Despite arriving in good time, checking in on line etc they made boarding with only five minutes to spare.
All good now though, they are in the hotel and looking forward to dinner tonight.

Good afternoon everybody.

Have been for a walk with friends from the company I used to work for. Part was along a main road which involved crossing a roundabout
leading onto the M61. Could see Botany Bay. It is in a former textile mill.Aso saw Preston Morman Temple. It has a white spire which is visible
for miles. Also walked along part of the Leeds/Liverpool canal, before returning to a local pub for lunch. We walked nearly four miles.
A very enjoyable day out.
Now relaxing before having my tea

Gosh Crommers, glad they made their flight! I hope Gatwick is a bit better for us next week, although we plan to be there at least three hours before departure and are already checked-in online!

Dobby sounds adorable! :D I love daft dogs, which is just as well with our Fraggle!
