Afternoon everyone

Been out all day, got home about an hour ago. It's belting down now, but this morning it was sunny and very very windy Mick dropped me into town this morning, and I met Em for lunc and a mooch round the shops. Collected an order from M&S - holiday stuff, a new hat for Mick and some new t-shirts for me.I

Up to D's afterwards, thankfully at last her landline is back on Thanks to Mick emailing the CEO and getting D priortised as a vulnerable customer

Not a day as planned.

Jan wanted some urgent repairs to her chicken house, so we went down this afternoon and Grumpy got that sorted

She made us go to the bar for a couple of beers and as it happens, various friends turned up and we've only just got home

Mitchell is 79 next month, so we spent some time organising where we'll take him out for a birthday lunch.

Just have to tell him
