Kaz, that’s heartbreaking. Poor chap, he shouldn’t be having to live like that
Evening all, it was pouring this morning and sunny by the afternoon.
I’ve just got the last few things to wrap now, I was doing well on Sunday and then my sister called to say she’d just spoken to our Dad and he’d had a fall and hadn’t been able to get up for a while so she and Roger were on their way over from Burton on Trent to see him. We went straight round too, he was fine. Sitting there watching Columbo. We’re trying to persuade him to get one of those alert pendants.
Been out to Dunelm earlier for some silk flowers. John’s mom can’t drive so far now so we’ve started going to Norwich just before Christmas to check on John’s dad’s grave and we always take new silk flowers. It’s just a lovely city at Christmas anyway and we always enjoy walking around. We would’ve gone on Friday but Tom wants to come with us this year and he doesn’t finish work until Friday afternoon, can’t go Saturday because Joe’s out in Birmingham from the afternoon until the last train so he can’t see to Bill so it’ll have to be Christmas Eve.
