Saw Dr Paulo, who arranged for Grumpy to have an injection, to relax the muscles and muscle outer casing. Also have him two lots of tablets. One is massively strong painkiller and the other is an anti-inflammatory.
So hopefully, within 5 or 6 days, he'll be okay.
I cancelled the booked physio, as he said it wouldn't really help in this instance, although maybe afterwards.
Pit stop at the bar and Steve came down. Proper gossip and chin wag, and muck about. Brill.
