Our Jacob's on his way to be a property tycoon!

He's just sealed the deal on his third place today. :cute:

He's got a house in our town and now two apartments in Malaga. All rented out. :o

His favourite programme is Homes Under the Hammer.

I heard my weird neighbours, mother and son, going out when I was getting ready to do the same.

As I was driving away she had just returned and parked up and was walking home. I came out and turned left then when I got to the junction what did I see? Over the road I saw one young son, aged 20, standing at the bus stop. She had driven him all of 200 metres to catch a bus!

Had he walked down the street and through the ginnel it would have been about 150 metres; if that.

I'd say unbelievable but there used to be a woman who drove her daughters to school every morning despite living 200 yards along from the school, it wasn't even as if she was dropping them off on her way to work - she was a stay at home parent and drove straight back home afterwards.

We've lost it, haven't we? Us humans have lost the plot.

He's at Uni, so must know how to cross the road, and we live in one of the safest parts of Leeds - he's not going to get mugged round here: ever.

You'd think so wouldn't you?!

Nicki opposite drives to the Co Op in her 4x4 BMW. It's not even a 5 minute walk away.

The plot has definitely been lost.

Parking on the school run round here is chaotic. It's like Hitler's retreat from Russia - vehicles abandoned everywhere.
