had a wander around the garden earlier, inbetween showers. Went into the veggie garden with the idea of maybe the tomato plants need tying up.

And there, just lying there, looking up at me - was a snake :o

They can wait

When I first moved in the old lass over the road would often be out in her green apron, yellow Marigolds and cream coloured beanie tending the borders. One day I am sat reading on the patio when she jumps back and with a little squeal shouts "Snake, there's a snake!" :o

So I go over and with the handle of the fork I poke about in plants where she is pointing till I eventually came across the snake ... which just happened to be a half eaten jumbo pepperoni someone had lobbed over the wall on their way home.

If you remember they came in a plastic skin that you squeezed to force a bite sized piece out the other end, and with her poor eyesight she though it was a real snake shedding its skin. :D

I have a lovely little case, stuffed with goodies :Hi: :Hi:

Glad bags, back plates, new scissors, tissues and also the most important codes :Hi: :Hi:

Will be swopping over tomorrow and next time we go in, will take the old stuff back to the chemist, for them to forward them onto the other company.

Dra Andrea was very appreciative of the wine :D

He really is bonkers, next door

He's on his hands and knees, digging a new post hole for when he eventually puts up the higher fence. He's wearing his strimming mask

And it's absolutely piddling down
