Last nights dinner was couscous, chicken and chickpeas, in a sort of cinnamon, cumin and coriander thingy . I left a little bit.

According to my local weather site the temperature has not got above 12 °C and the 'Feels like' not over 9 °C. Wind from the Northeast. No wonder the heating is on!

Had a phone call from a friend. Get to the post office now - they were giving out keys for the post boxes near the bar.

Grumpy drove faster than he's driven for years, as the post office shuts at 5.00 and it was 4.45pm

Good news here, NO virus cases at all in Gloucester Royal Hospital, and no deaths for two weeks

We have a problem in Lisbon, as the police have been clearing the barrios and the infections rate up there has shot up

One death on Thursday, seven yesterday. But the infections have rocketed

Still, at the moment at least, none here. But the tourists are around, even with so called closed borders

I’ve looked on the ONS page where you put your postcode in and there have been 7 deaths in our immediate area between March and May, it says though that some deaths have been reallocated from neighboring areas to protect confidentiality so who knows how true the number is.
