Had problems with the tv, checked everything and it's the meo box
Our Portuguese tv provider
Rang and eventually managed to speak to some-one, then was on hold, for over an hour
I've also tried to contact them on line and they might, just might ring me back.
But I probably have a black mark against me, as I made an official complaint a year or so ago
But as we pay over 50€ a month, I expect some sort of answer and soon.
I'll ring again tomorrow, when the phone is charged up.
Oh, and we have to pay for the call too
And the phone is meo too
