I have a crocus flowering in the back garden already.

My narcissus have been flowering for a couple of weeks. Still waiting for the other bulbs, just got a lot of long leaves at the moment

All our land is fenced.

So he's putting one up on the inside of his land

If it was higher fencing, I could understand, but it's the same height
