Frank, the museum and art gallery is a great place to spend an hour. Have you seen the Staffordshire Hoard in there?

Jo, it will be great to see you again, and many thanks for the tip about the hoard, I had no idea it was there. Even if it is in a pay display area I will be there with my camera.

:Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Di, you really must make plans for one year. I know that it is difficult but we would all love to see you.

Wm it's a sad geographical thing but if it cost everyone £85 return, plus a hotel room and took 3 hours each way it wouldn't happen :D

You'll all have a wonderful time and I'm really pleased for you :) xx

Kaz, we could always have a whip round for Di. I'll get a whip (see thigh high latex boots post ;) ) then we could all go round to Di's and give her a good whi.... :P :P :P

Have a great time everyone.

Sadly, for two days of my pay, the travel costs and a hotel, Mrs S and I could afford to go to Spain for a week, or Rome as it cost Mrs S and #1 daughter about that.

Granted I'd then loose a week's pay, but we'd both be on holiday.
