Crommers, that is just the best news today! I am so pleased for you all. It'll be a huge adjustment for you all, especially FIL but I'm just so pleased it's going as quick as it is. Big hugs to you all - not an easy decision to have made but a much needed one

And as Jan says - stuff can be done later, esp if you're in no rush. So go book that break away - you and Mrs C of all people deserve it.
