Berlimey Wasn't expecting that

Just had an e-mail (what's wrong with the phone ) to say that we may sign for our house tomorrow

We thought it as going to 7 December.

Does that mean your buyers are also signing Ton?

Saundra, where is she off to then?

The dad signed last week, the sons are having to fly in from Canary islands and England. The thought was that it could be done through embassies or other stuff. But too complicated and the translation had to be sorted too. Last we heard, we'd sign on the 7th December.

We're really doing backwards - but our house sellers are willing for us not to give them double the deposit, if our sale falls through. But seeing as our buyers are making such an effort, we've agreed to sign now, rather than wait.

Kaz they plan to go to Tenerife in May but j has holiday usually in February so they might get an early break as well
She's really good goes to bed about 11after sleeping all evening in her crib downstairs and doesent wake till 8ish her dad was the same tho except when he was teething
