Bb's PS2 and its games has been gathering dust upstairs for ages; he did use it loads, and the boys of course, but then it got moved upstairs for youngest, then he stopped playing on it (and doesn't come much).
I felt bad, it sitting there being wasted, but they're not worth selling so I stuck it on Streetlife to give away and a lady said she'd love it.
They came tonight, she and Bb recognised each other straight away, she was one of his old insurance customers
It's for her husband, who couldn't justify spending a fortune on any games console and is thrilled to bits as there were Tiger Woods golf games and all sorts.
Anyway, no sooner had I replied saying she could have it with pleasure, than I got, completely out of the blue, an invitation from a lovely lady to take me for afternoon tea at Chewton Glen in August
