Not sure if they've done the whole country Kaz but around here is quite recent as the new builds by my Mom's are shown with just the base in and they're only just up to having the roof timbers put in. I'd guess at it being April as there's a main road which has been closed since the beginning of May and that's still open on Google Earth. Street View is a bit older though as we hadn't got the shrubs in the side garden when the car went past, and Becky next door had her old car (and it was obviously a rare day that Dan had driven it as it's parked part on the drive with a wheel on the path between their drive and ours, he's a terrible driver )
