I'm feeling really annoyed on behalf of one of the lovely girls who Tom shares with. She's quite overweight but has decided that's going to change so took herself out running in the park yesterday and today, only to be jeered at by a group of mouthy chavs this morning. Bless her, she said it's motivated her and she beat yesterday's time.

Good on the flatmate Jo, both in determination to do something about the weight but more so for the right positive attitude; and it must have been hard to keep up the mojo after what happened. Why are people so mean? I just don't get it.

back to have a coffee and take the tree down and pack all the decs away.

So no decorations for the celebrations tonight and tomorrow? Or are there different decorations?

Gorgeous Kaz, that's what they are
They're crispy little squares with, I think, a brown sugar coating.

I don't buy them, or Curiously Cinammon, very often because a box doesn't last long at all
