The tree pollen affects my eyes in March.

Me as well, Jo. It depends on the weather, but clear spells between now and the end of April can be hellish.

Ton, I do the honey thing and find it does help. I have a bottle of it mixed 50:50 with a decent apple cider vinegar. I put this year's mix in the fridge the other day.

People I pass while out walking with Billy must think I'm an emotional wreck when they see me dabbing at my eyes with a tissue

We had a long season of wild flowers, and being new to the area, I was easy game, I think.

Ton, for some reason I didn't suffer last Summer. I usually have this spell in March and then I'm fine until late May/early June and then the sneezing and itchy throat and eyes hit me until July but apart from the usual March symptoms I had nothing.
