Change of plan on the driving licence for Grumpy.

The eu has now said that everyone applying for a licence must pass a colour blindedness test. Grumpy failed, miserably We've always known he's colour blind, but that hasn't stopped him driving before.

So, having spent 55€ on the eye test, she wrote letter for him to take to his doctor, as he'd then be sent to either Beja or Lisbon for further tests.

Last Monday, I applied on-line for another English driving licence. Arrived at son's house yesterday and it now winging it's way here
