We stayed in a really love B&B in Moseley with the most comfy bed...but I can't wait to get into my own yummy bed.

My niece hasn't driven since she passed her test a few years back! Firstly she was living in London, then Bristol and now Manchester city centres.

I remember my aunty learning back in the early 80s, just after my cousins were born. The idea was that she'd be able to drive them places as they live in a village so public transport isn't brilliant. She passed first time and hasn't been behind the wheel since

It really is. Coming home to my own shower is another thing I love after being away.

I bought an Instant Pot so wanted to try it out and decided to start with something which should be easy so decided to try veg soup. I don't like veg soup so it was really just an experiment.
I put in a couple of diced potatoes, a chopped carrot, frozen peas, frozen sweet corn, frozen cabbage, herbs, pepper and stock. Basically whatever I had in the fridge and freezer.

4 minutes cooking time, then standing for 10 minutes and blimey it's good stuff!
