I'm messaging with Shannon and not getting very much done here. Poor girl had a shoulder operation last Friday and is getting quite frustrated at not being able to do much. She's feeling very pleased with herself today though as she's managed to do her make up

Really pleased with how the cupboard is looking. Grumpy now happy, as the bloke who did the carpentry work made a hash of it.

Took him all day - well, 5 hours - to get the doors onto the frame. Still needs aligning, a little but he can sort that out tomorrow.

But when it's finished - wow :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

We've got some white tiles left over from the new shower room, so will use them, as a border, so I can mop without making the wood wet.

New curtains arrived today (£34 from eBay). Teal, blackout, ringlet types. Just got to reposition the pole as they are standard drop of 230 cm (90 in) the old ones were m-2-m.

Looks like a DIY weekend ahead.

I was in t-shirt earlier WM, but then went to slippers, furry one's  fleece and even got me batty granny shawl out, to cover my legs.

Fire roaring away and hopefully, all the plants will survive, some are having problems. We've covered a lot - had to get more clothes pegs

It’s been so hot and humid here. We have just come back from a couple of days camping. Have just bought kayaks so took those out too.
