Joe's got a doctor's appointment later this morning to get a couple of moles removed from his scalp, now he's taken to preening his hair he keeps knocking them with his comb so the GP said he'd remove them but because he needs to shave around them Joe wanted to wait until after his Prom
Tom's off to Liverpool by train for a day out.

Bright and sunny here

Well we had a good chat with Terry and the plumbing issue is sorted and he's here nice and early to start on all the unfinished jobs. The biggest issue is our front drive which was damaged by the grab lorry. He made no attempt to protect it so we feel it's down to him to repair/renew it. He's said he will and we've made it very clear we don't want it to look like a patchwork quilt so we'll see.

We're off to the cinema to see Suicide Squad this morning, should be fun.

Well it looks like another fine day here Zumba for me first thing, and then up to see D as per on a Tuesday The carpet man is coming tonight at 6.30 to measure up *excited face* I've been waiting since last year for new carpets, so am a bit thrilled I also need to do some prep later for my client tomorrow, as I didn't get round to it yesterday

Ton, Ally and Kaz, enjoy your respective excersise, visiting, pootling days. Kaz is the whole house being recarpeted or 'just' one area?

Usual work day for me but finishing a bit earlier as I have to collect one of my cats from the vet; she's in for some blood tests and they needed her in for those. Poor girl was rather put out about the fact that she wasn't allowed to eat from 9pm last night and then kept in overnight. Not sure which annoyed her more

Morning! It was cloudy and chilly when I was hanging out washing earlier, but the sun is coming out more now so maybe I will get some time sitting outside reading. No particular plan for the day otherwise. Mr Osc has gone to play golf. I need a few bits in the local shops so will get those later. Have a good day everyone

Morning all,

Ran up to Perth on the bike this morning to get a drill and batteries which were "significantly" reduced. Pretty chilly this morning, felt more like Autumn and even more so coming back from France where it was averaging over 30c during the days.

Not a lot to do at work today. Only an assessment of what we need to do in order to close everything down without losing the knowledge we've gained.
