firemen are battling to keep fire away from a warehouse containing --
200,000 litres of BRANDY

Brandy is alcohol based. Not as strong as petrol but would still assist the fire.
There would be a big bang especially when the bottles exploded with the heat and then the fumes caught fire.
Only been a quick comment on the news over here. The news is dominated by the Olympics which I refuse to watch
