Back at last

I finally arrived back in Dunfermline yesterday evening; dropped off by BIL who brought me back from Sleaford.
#2 Daughter is safely married (again) and we're all getting back to normal. I left on the bike 7am Friday morning and made my way through the ever increasing BH traffic to arrive at #1 daughters shortly before my doctors Cardio assessment. Needless to say my good cardio results were through the roof as I'd been riding, stressed, through the traffic for 100 miles. The most memorable moment was when I decided to go between two trucks who were taking forever to pass each other and my nice wide corridor became a rapidly closing cone.
By the time I arrived #1 daughter had started calling #2 daughter "BrideZilla"... And so it went on. Rehearsal and the raging thunderstorms whilst we were in the church and trying to get out. Headed off the impending war between #2 daughter and Mrs S only to have to try and fend off the impending war between #2 daughter and #1 Son.
I even survived the Father of the Bride speech where Mrs S told me to junk significant portions of it because she was so mad with the bride...
High point was that Mrs S, her Brother and Sister were all in the same room with each other for the first time in 15 years.
After the BBQ on Friday night, family meal on Saturday night and the wedding on Sunday, I simply crashed on Monday evening to wake at midnight. I need to get my time clock back in order.
Today I have to head into work and sort out what I'm doing for the next two days, Wednesday I pack up the Apartment, Thursday I head south and stop at my parents in Lincolnshire. Friday get my front tyre changed on the bike, MOT it and take a ferry across to France. Saturday I arrive home to start the merry go round again. Mrs S wants to have a party on Saturday night but, somehow, I don't think I'm going to be up for it.
The little bit of good news is that RBS messed up the notice with the agency and I get paid till the 16th Sept.
