Morning all :D

Up extra early again as we're expecting more deliveries, new doors this time. They say they'll get here anytime between 7-11am and it's usually the former, sods law nothing's arrived yet

Yesterday turned into a marathon. Apparently the MOT side of things went down so although the service was done in the morning they couldn't finish off until late afternoon, we didn't get back home until 5.50pm  Just as well the weather was so nice or we'd have been really miserable hanging around Deal for so many hours. Next year we'll book in for a collect/return!!

Got home to find Steve's fitted a couple of handles on the wrong side, not sure how he'll rectify that :? For those who asked, the kitchen is high gloss soft cream.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning Ally, Jen and everyone

Lovely morning here and we're due for another heat-wave  for the next 4 days - cue 40C plus again  8-) 8-)

Not sure what we'll be doing today - having seen David yesterday has given us more thoughts and we'll have to get him over here, I think. In the daylight - we were supposed to meet him at 7.30. he arrived at 8.15 - and it was rather dark in the polytunnels

Oh dear Jen, that may be new doors

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Ally, lovely hot sounds good to me! Enjoy your swim :D 8-)

Jen the kitchen sounds lovely, hope Steve can sort the handles for you without any damage :)

Morning Ton, the polytunnel comment made me giggle :D ;)

Well I'm supposed to be going out with Emma later for a coffee (always tea in my case LOL) but she's got a lot going on at the moment, including a horse to look after out at Whitminster as her daughter has broken her hand, so she might not be able to. If not I shall walk up to Sainsbury's later instead, get a few bits and get my steps in ;) It looks like it might rain :? Hope it will brighten up for the weekend!

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Early start to the day today with thanks to Mother Nature. We had a 7.1 quake just off the coast of the east cape (about 500km away from me) at 4:30am. no real damage anywhere, sounds like a chimney is about all and a few cracks here and there, close to the epicentre. Over 200 aftershocks so far. I think I've felt few since.

It's all shake rattle and roll here.

Morning all, cloudy here and I think there will probably be rain later  I read about the earthquake Weka and thought about you and other friends we have in NZ. Today I will be getting everything ready for our weekend trip to Mayo tomorrow, with the wedding on Sunday, it's always great going in the car as you can take whatever you want :D Sorry you are not feeling great Saundra, look after yourself. Wonder how Jo got on at the WOTC!! Have a good day everyone :)
