Good morning all, bright start here!

Off to drop Billy with my parents shortly and then it's back to Heathrow to pick up Tom, he's due to land at around 10.30am. Joe's decided that he's coming with us today :D

No other plans although I expect there'll be washing to be done once Tom's unpacked

Have a good day all!

Morning Jo, morning all. :D :D

I'm just wondering if that's the same flight Leilani's bother JP is on Jo! Him and his wife Marta are flying into Heathrow around 10.30 too! :o  Craig and her are on their way now to pick them up.

We had such a brilliant night last night..David joined us too and there was much revelry.

Beautiful day forecast here. 8-) 8-) 8-)

Today Jackie, Sue and myself are being ladies wot spend the day in Torremolinos.

Don is dropping us in the centre at 12.30 and we're going to Mulligan's Irish bar (it's a tradition now! ) as they sell Strongbow and great food.

Shopping is on the cards as is a walk along the coast and the odd cocktail or two. :D :D :D

Later this evening we're going to pop in and see mum and dad (I just love being able to say that! ) and then nip next door with them for a drink at the German Paddy. Don's going to pick us up once the Birmingham City game has finished and bring us 3 back to here...no doubt to carry on with the madness.

Have a great day everyone. :D :D

Three years ago Craig and Lani flew to China and Liz Smith and her hubby were on the same flight! :D

We're not 'friends' but from through a conversation she was having with Kaz it became obvious they had...it also transpired they went to tiananmen square on the same day! :o

Small world! :D :D :D

Morning all :)

Ally, I remember that - it can be a spookily small world online sometimes :o :D   Have a fab day with your friends, then your mum and dad :D xxxx

Jo, that's a quick turnaround for Tom, glad he's had a great trip an wishing him well for the new year at uni :D :D :D

Aw Ton, hope those panels can be sorted soon! xxx

Well the forecast is decent for us later, but at the moment it's a bit chilly and lots of cloud  I'm sure I must sound like the Met Office sometimes, but honestly I live for the good weather, especially at weekends  ;) Usual Saturday here, lunch out then round to see D later :) She didn't get back from Ireland until gone 7pm last night, so her 80th birthday was mostly spent travelling but I think we gave her a nice evening - a fish and chips takeaway from her fave chippy (I knew she'd be too tired to eat out) and pressie opening afterwards :D :D

Our gift of a big photo frame with pics of the whole family in was a success, and we got her a few other bits and piece - a cherub for her garden, a very posh scented candle in a lovely glass jar with a lid and a big bunch of flowers.........B got her a ceramic candle with a fox on (D loves foxes) and my sister in law and I managed to get her the same birthday card  :D    The whole family are coming up next weekend (well, those that are in the country, anyway) and we are having a day out - Westonbirt Arboretum is the plan at the moment - and then a meal out :) Harry will probably be here too - I am hoping so :D :)

Have a good day everyone :)
