Good morning. :D

T'will be another fine day in these here parts. :D 8-)

After the most wondrous visit from Jacob he's going back to the UK this morning; we're taking him to the airport for 9am. Straight to mum and dad's after that and off to Tivoli market with them. :D :D

Back to theirs and they're treating us to lunch at the Tudor Rose. :D :D

Our dear friends Gez & Sharon flew into Malaga yesterday morning for 11 days - they're staying in a hotel near Benalmadena port so after lunch with the parentals we're going to meet them for a coffee. :D :D (we're going to Benalmadena next weekend for a day and night's stay with them at their hotel along with another couple of friends of ours who fly over tomorrow for a week! )

Back for homework club 4.30 - 6.30 then meeting up with the usual Friday night beer and tapas gang. :D :D

I have allocated Sunday night to stay in and catch up with GBBO!

Have a great day everyone. :D

Morning Ally and everyone

Another lovely summers morning here :Hi: :Hi: Our summer is a lot longer this year :D :D so the bombeiros have extended the fire ban for a few more weeks

Have a lovely day with family and friends Ally xx

Johannes is to come back again this morning   as the moving panel is not moving - again :cute: :cute: :cute:

A huuuuge pile of ironing waits for me and I'm not sure what Grumpy will be doing - it gets too hot to do much in the painting line, the paint skims over

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Ally & ton,
Sunny here but cold. Have walked for the paper. The shop was full of school children buying drinks and sweets on the way to school.
We never did that when I went to school. It was straight from home to school without stopping. Agreed they are walking and we went on a bus.
Off to the bank to get some money for our next cruise. We go on Sunday. Then some shopping.
Have a good day everybody.

Good morning all, it's a sunny but cool start here.

John decided yesterday to take a day's holiday today so once the washing machine has done it's job and I've hung the clothes on the line we're off up the Chase with Billy, we'll finish up at the cafe there for coffee and their homemade cake (I'm hoping that their wonderful cherry and coconut flapjack is one they'll have today).

Not sure what's happening with the rest of the day!

Have a good one all, safe flight to Jacob!

By the way Ally, is the Tivoli market the one where you get the bargain books?

Nice and dry at the moment and it looks like the sun's trying to come out.

Safe flight to Jacob.

Expecting the back door man at 9am and then we'll pop out to get the weekly shop.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all :)

That sounds like a busy but fun day Ally, safe journey to Jacob :) xx

Ton our summer never really arrived properly, so many chilly and/or rainy days, and now we seem to be right into autumn  I have a huge pile of ironing too, holiday stuff, so need to get on with that ;)

Morning cruiser :) We weren't allowed to go into the sweetshops in school uniform, but them my school had very strict rules, things have certainly changed!

Hope you and John enjoy his day off Jo :D

Morning Jen, good luck with the door :) xx

My day will consist of ironing and packing, that's pretty much it! :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

:Hi: :Hi: :Hi: The motorised solar panel is now moving where it should be moving - rather than facing the battery house

However, we have upset next doors dogs :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Johannes has a pit-pull, beautifully trained, who should have a muzzle, but he is such a good dog. He has a wander around, sniffing, gives me a lick on my legs for giving him some water, then lies down.

Until next doors dogs sense him and go ape     at the fence, where they can see him. So he ambles over, they're barking like mad, he just looks at them, then walks up further and has a wee    They carry on going bananas   He just does it again and eventually, Lesley comes out, rather timidly and drags one away, with a lead, then comes back for the other.

Meanwhile Luco just stands and looks at them, you could almost see him shrugging his shoulders and saying "mad dogs - why do that?

Johannes has been gone for nearly and hour and next doors dogs are prowling our fence, going ape still.......................  :cute: :cute: :cute:

Morning all, it's bright and breezy here. I am off for a walk shortly and I'll pop into the hairdressers on my way back to make an appointment for next Friday. Then back to face the ironing  Mr Osc has gone to play golf, his "dose" has not got any worse (fingers crossed). Ryder Cup golf all weekend and it is in America this time, so later than normal bedtimes for the next three nights, unless Europe is losing  Enjoy your packing, Kaz, where is it you are going again???? Have a good day everyone :)

Afternoon all, late today, still rushing around, car still broken after second time in the garage, going to have to look at it myself on Sunday as I don't think they are looking in the right area. Well at least it will cost me nothing to look.

Concreting and wall building this afternoon.

Have a great day all.
