I can think of nothing worse than someone starting to chat to me on the Tube

I've used it a lot and never had a conversation with anyone, did share a laugh with a fella opposite me once when someone in particularly bad fancy dress got in the carriage though :P
Quite strange though really because I'm that person who usually attracts nutters. One old friend, when I was out with her, would remind me not to talk to strangers, not to smile nor make eye contact because it always seemed to be with people who we then couldn't get rid of

Last nutter on the bus was a couple of months ago and I had to slyly text Joe and ask him to call me :P

If I saw a traveling companion with that badge on, I would avoid him like the plague,
as my first thought would be, 'Is he a queer'.

I wouldn't want people trying to talk to me on the tube. The very idea.
