Lovely autumnal morning here, misty over the hills, but the sun is out and the colours look lovely

Washing machine on, more planting this morning as one of our neighbours came up with some cuttings. It's ground cover, so hoping it will spread down the bank. Also need to decide where to put 2 hibiscus.

Might have a bbq, might get in the pool................

Morning all,

Ground frost here after clear skies overnight. Bright and sunny now. I'm building units for the workshop and for the Utility room, all day. I may also be breaking a hole through from the Utility to the garage to meet the new soil pipe I'll be installing tomorrow, I'm joining the old house to the new house through my room wall, right under where the original was. This allows us to move the sink and washing machine in the Utility too.

So, another day in the workshop and hammering away with tools.

Mrs S wants her pound of flesh before I head back to indolent Project Management work and two weekends away a month.

Morning ton hope you get in the pool enjoy the planting suff I have to ask being nosey do you ever go home just to relax and enjoy your home

Ton, good luck with your day - hope the ground cover grows as you want it to. I love hibiscus trees; what colour are yours? And enjoy the pool and/or BBQ - hopefully you get to do both; sounds perfect to me
Suff, good luck with all your work - having a separate utility area is bliss. The closest I have to that is the washing machine in the outhouse which is not so good in the winter when it's freezing and I have to switch off the water supply to the machine because the water freezes

Morning all

Quite bright here today.

We've a problem with the boiler, no hot water or heating It's just one thing after another. The plumber's due later this morning, fingers crossed it can be fixed, a new boiler would be the last straw!! Steve's busy tiling the lounge today and Peter is decorating around him. It's all go in this joint.

Morning all.

I am sitting at home awaiting the man from TalkTalk. Our internet started working intermittently two weeks ago and they couldn't get here to fix before we went on holiday so I am hoping it can be sorted out today. I have lots to do and I need the thing to work.

Seems to be working at the moment though
