We are still on leftovers  I concocted a yummy toasted sandwich, with a slice of toast, spread with some of my sister's homemade cranberry relish, a slice of ham, a slice of pork, feta cheese crumbled on top and popped under the grill, then the other slice of toast on top, it was delicious! Then I had a cuppa and a mince pie, followed by the last serving of Sunday's plum and apple cobbler, with a scoop of icecream :D :D

We're looking forward to leftovers after tomorrow :D
Just done a checklist, you'd think we were feeding an army!
But tomorrow we get the lovely smell of turkey roasting :D :Hi:

Osc that sounds delish, I love creative sandwiches :)
One of my favourite foods in the world is a simple turkey sandwich, w/meal bread, cranberry one side and mayo the other, bread very lightly toasted :) :D

Di, turkey, cranberry and brie is one of my very favourite toasties, and might well be on the menu tomorrow ;)

Oh and we finished the trifle off, only a couple of spoonfulls each, but it made some room in the fridge........

We haven't got much Christmas food left. Just enough turkey for one sandwich, six mince pies and a tube of Pringles.

Tonight we had Cajun chicken pasta.

We've just brought home a campero and chips after having a couple of beers at Jose's.

I think the only Christmas food we had was a 6 pack box of mince pies!

Not much in the way of christmas left overs hers either - admittedly not much to be left over from a raclette. Boxing day I made a bacon sarnie for breakfast using the left over bacon and then a steak and onion one for dinner using left over steak, onion and some mushrooms.

Now it's back to normal for me, ie cheese cheese and more cheese

Like Jo and Meriad, not a lot left over now. Finished the last of the shortbread with a cup of coffee this morning.

I believe it's a tin of chicken korma and brown rice for tea ....
