Norway - getting fit in 20 not so easy stages!

I have decided I need to work my 'inner core' to prepare me for the exertions of our trip so I've set myself a challenge for January.
Day 1 in January starts with 60 stomach curls and by the time day 30 rolls round it's been upped to 250!
