A beautiful day forecast and I'm off yomping with David in the Sierra de Mijas mountains. A good old 26km.

Will pop into Jose's on the way home for a couple of beers then home to shower, pizza and the David Bowie programme.

Good morning! Too dark to see what the weather's doing yet.

I've got an Amazon parcel being delivered sometime between 7am and 9pm. Joe's going to the Stoke game with his friends and Tom hasn't got a shift today so wants to go back quite early as he wants to fine tune an essay that he has to submit next week. I've got to cut his hair before he goes though. Hopefully the parcel will come in good time for me to pop in to see my parents.

I must get the ironing done - well, no must, but feel as if I should - and the gardening still awaits. We did a few flower beds yesterday and we can now see them standing out amongst all the other weeds - sorry, stuff growing on the bank

Dull old day again here, murky and drizzly on and off.
Bb's out working, there's another washing load in, and I might just do a small amount of houseworky-type stuff

Kaz have a lovely time with your sister and family, nice to be treated too
Ally 24kms...15 miles. That's a long way
Don't think I'm up to mountains any more but would hope I could still do that far on the more or less flat. Your gorgeous coastline makes it so easy to just carry on walking doesn't it
