Chicken salad. Joe had sushi which he'd brought home with him.

No clue - was going to make my usual cheese quesadilla but opened the fridge and panic..... NO CHEESE :o :o :o

Ok, well there is a teeny tiny piece, but certainly not enough for any form of anything substantial. So dinner may just have to be popcorn

We had Chinese chicken thigh fillets, with stir-fry veg and noodles, with a different sauce. And prawn crackers :)

That made me feel a teeny bit faint Ria  ;)

Always an easy dinner on class nights, so Mick and B had pizza and I had a jacket spud with Wensleydale, and rocket salad.

I came home to find Don just finishing cooking king prawn Thai pad noodles and he'd got fresh coriander ready to sprinkle on.

I do love that man.
