Back to zumba for me today, Weightwatchers was good yesterday as I lost another pound. Then up to see D, who is having her new, smaller greenhouse put up today. The old one was huge, too big really, and the glass was starting to crack with age.

Good Morning all.
Not so nice today but still very warm.
I will be glad when February is over as it is a jinxed
month for us. Don had a heart attack in February. Had a quadruple
bypass op in February. Had 2 Strokes in February and had stents
fitted as well.
I keep asking him how he feels and won`t relax till March is here.
Stupid i know.

How quickly do I want to get to the cake shop?!

Good morning all, it's mild here but rain is forecast for later.

I've walked 4 miles with Billy and then done my exercising at home. Joe's on half term this week so is still in bed. John texted earlier to say that he's booked tomorrow off so that we can do something with Joe. He suggested a museum but for a start that's not really something that'd interest Joe plus being half term they'll be full of screaming kids, they've seen all of the films they want to see that are on at the cinema and neither like walking around the shops I think he has trouble realising that Joe's nearly 17 and doesn't need or want to have activities arranged for him by us. Pretty sure he was meeting his friends and going to the gym tomorrow anyway!

Dull and cloudy but not too cold.

Jo maybe you and John could drop him off to meet his friends and you two do something you'd both like to do, then treat him to lunch or something?

(This is driving me mad, Bb cleaned the keyboard,since then the space bar hasn't workedproperly. We've taken it off twice but unless you stab it hard in the middle you getno spaces )
